NEW Training – The Power of Affirmative Thought Loops

After years of requests, I am finally teaching the ’N-loops’ and ‘A-loops’ technique in person in Adelaide, November 2024. 

This technique helps rewire negative thought loops by creating new, life-affirming thought patterns. 

With experience working with hundreds of clients, over more than a decade, I have seen this technique help break negative self-talk, harmful habits and old unhelpful narratives many times. I have even witnessed clients overcome addictions and toxic relationships using this method.
